Laurence Hootnick, Chairman

Mr. Hootnick previously served in executive positions at Intel Corporation, Maxtor Corporation, Power Computing, and Consilium. A graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Mr. Hootnick holds a master’s of business administration degree in finance from the University of Maryland.

Jennifer Jolley, Chief Executive Officer

Previously, Ms. Jolley served as Vice President of Client Services and Chief Operating Officer at DLB Systems, Inc., now a division of eResearch Technology. Ms. Jolley holds a bachelor of science degree in physics and a master’s degree in materials science from Cambridge University.

Graham J. Cockell, Chief Technology Officer

Previously, Mr. Cockell provided consultancy services in business process re-engineering and Internet/Intranet application development, and held executive positions at DLB Systems, Inc. and GP Elliot Electronic Systems. Mr. Cockell received a master’s degree in electrical sciences from Cambridge University.

Lee Penn, Chief Financial Officer & Chief Compliance Officer

Mr. Penn joined PDHI after serving as Vice President for Finance at the S/L/A/M Collaborative. Previously he held financial management positions at Yale and Xerox. Mr. Penn holds a bachelor of science degree from Cornell University and a master of business administration degree from the University of Connecticut. He is a member of the HITRUST Business Associate Council.

David A. Abel, Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Prior to joining PDHI, Mr. Abel held senior sales and marketing positions at Dendrite International and Autotype International. Mr. Abel holds a bachelor of science degree in managerial and administrative studies from Aston University, UK.

Jay Alleborn, Vice President, Reporting & Analytics

Previously, Mr. Alleborn served as IT Solutions Manager in global data at Hewlett-Packard Financial Services. Before this, he was the North American Information Manager at Compaq Financial Services. Certified by the Stanford University Advanced Project Management Program, he holds a BA in business administration from Saint Leo College.

Bob Provencher, Vice President, Transactional Services

Prior to joining PDHI, Mr. Provencher was Senior Mobile Architect at Everyday Health and held Vice President and Chief Architect positions at Lumeta and Incurrent Solutions, Inc. He is a candidate for a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Shawn Sherman, Vice President, Client Services & Quality Assurance

Mr. Sherman joined PDHI after holding project management roles at Harland Financial Solutions, First Technology Credit Union, and Wells Fargo Bank Card Services. Mr. Sherman studied political science and speech communications at Portland State University.
