ConXus Adminstrator: Reports

Available: April 1, 2009

ConXus Administrator provides client administrators with tools for managing programs and reporting data. This product upgrade includes additional reports for:

  • ConXus Profile – health risk assessment
  • ConXus Steps – wellness programs
  • ConXus Rewards – incentive management

These reports can be run for the total population, and for specific employer groups and subgroups.

Implementation Timeline and Process

The additional reports are available for deployment from April 1, 2009. Please contact Client Services to request detailed technical documentation and to schedule an upgrade and training.

ConXus Profile

1. Population Comparison Report
This PDF report, designed for presentation to end clients, compares risk factors for a given population for two time periods. The report can be generated for two different data sets.

  • The population option includes HRAs for all participants in each time period, and shows how the risk profile of the group has changed over time.
  • The cohort option includes HRAs for participants with HRAs in both time periods, allowing the impact of the program to be measured.

The report handles data collected through multiple questionnaires, including:

  • Multiple versions of ConXus Profile, as a result of product upgrades.
  • The Spanish language questionnaire.
  • The long-form and short-form questionnaires.
  • Historical HRA data loaded from third-party vendors.

ConXus Steps

The action plan, challenge, and event reports assist program managers with program administration by reporting participation and completion status. Each report is delivered in Excel format, allowing manipulation of report data by client personnel.

1. Action Plan Listing
Provides detailed information about each participant that has started an action plan including the start date, status, and completion/cancelled date.

2. Action Plan Status
Summarizes action plan participation and status, reporting the number and percentage of action plans of each type, categorized as Active, Completed, or Cancelled.

3. Action Plan Step Listing
Provides information about each participant that has started an action plan including the step status and the completion/skipped date for each step.

4. Action Plan Step Status
Summarizes action plan step status, listing the number and percentage of steps Complete, Incomplete, or Skipped.

5. Action Tracker Results
Lists tracker step results, i.e. user responses, for the selected data set.

6. Challenge Listing
Provides detailed information about each participant that has participated in a challenge including the start date, status, and completion/cancelled date.

7. Challenge Status
Summarizes challenge participation and status, reporting the number and percentage of challenges of each type, categorized as Active, Completed, or Cancelled.

8. Challenge Step Listing
Provides information about each participant that has participated in a challenge including the step status and the completion/skipped date for each step.

9. Challenge Step Status
Summarizes challenge step status, listing the number and percentage of steps Complete, Incomplete, or Skipped.

10. Challenge Tracker Results
Lists tracker step results, i.e. user responses, for the selected data set.

11. Event Listing
Provides information about each participant that has completed a health event.

ConXus Rewards

The incentive reports provide program managers with details of incentive awards, facilitating fulfillment of awards outside the ConXus platform.

If the integrated Hallmark Business Connections gift card fulfillment service is used, or if redemptions managed outside of the ConXus platform are batch loaded into the system, then reports are also available for redemptions made.

Each report is delivered in Excel format, allowing manipulation of report data by client personnel.

1. Incentive Awards Itemized
Provides detailed information for each point award.

2. Incentive Redemptions Itemized
Provides detailed information for each redemption made.

3. Incentive Awards and Redemptions Cumulative
Provides information about each point award and redemption made in the reward period, and also lists the total awards and total redemptions made, and the current point balance.
