A graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Mr. Hootnick holds a master's of business administration degree in finance from the University of Maryland. |

Jennifer Jolley -- President
Previously, Ms. Jolley served as Vice President of Client Services and Chief Operating Officer at DLB Systems, Inc., now a division of eResearch Technology. Ms. Jolley holds a bachelor of science degree in physics and a master's degree in materials science from Cambridge University. |

Graham J. Cockell -- Chief Technology Officer
Previously, Mr. Cockell provided consultancy services in business process re-engineering and Internet/Intranet application development, and held executive positions at DLB Systems Inc. and GP Elliot Electronic Systems. Mr. Cockell received a master's degree in electrical sciences from Cambridge University. |

Lee Penn -- Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Penn joined PDHI after serving as Vice President for Finance at the S/L/A/M Collaborative. Prior to this, he held financial management positions in the Department of Athletics at Yale and at Xerox Corporation. Mr. Penn holds a bachelor of science degree from Cornell University and a master's of business administration degree from the University of Connecticut. |

David A. Abel -- Vice President Sales and Marketing
Prior to joining PDHI, Mr. Abel held senior sales and marketing positions at Dendrite International and Autotype International. Mr. Abel holds a bachelor of science degree in managerial and administrative studies from Aston University, UK. |

Shawn Sherman -- Director of Client Services and Project Management
Mr. Sherman joined PDHI after holding project management roles at Harland Financial Solutions, First Technology Credit Union, and Wells Fargo Bank Card Services. Mr. Sherman studied political science and speech communications at Portland State University. |

Katherine Balch -- Manager of Editorial Services
Prior to joining PDHI, Ms. Balch worked for trade publishers and medical communications companies in editing medical reference books, journal articles, and patient education materials. Ms. Balch's articles have appeared in local and national periodicals. Ms. Balch majored in English literature at Marymount College. |
