| Overview |
ConXus Health v2.1 includes the following enhancements:
| 1. |
The existing Lifestyle and Family History pages have become part of a new section called Personal. New pages have been added to this section for Demographic Information and for Advance Directives. |
| 2. |
Office visits has been added as a new section in Medical History. |
| 3. |
Additional vital signs have been added to the existing Vitals page. |
| 4. |
More extensive support is provided for loading external data, including provider contacts, vitals, and procedures. |

| Note: All changes are additive, there are no changes to existing data structures. |

| Implementation Timeline and Process |
| The ConXus Profile v2.1 upgrade will take place on Tuesday, March 25th, 2008 during the scheduled maintenance window from 4:00am to 7:00am Eastern Time. |
| Note: No actions are required by client administrators for this upgrade to take place. |
