| Client administrators are provided with online tools for managing coaching groups and reporting performance and productivity. Tools are available for self-service from the ConXus Administrator Portal. |

| Coaching Groups and Coach Assignment |
| Coaching groups allow multiple coaching vendors or service models to be delivered using the same system. Coaching groups manage coach access to participant data and determine the coaching service delivered to participants within a group. Each site can support an unlimited number of coaching groups. |

Participants are assigned to a coaching group and coach. All participant-tasks and messages are directed to the assigned coach. Assignment of a participant to a coaching group and coach can be:

Manually by a coach. |

Automatically from eligibility data. |

Automatically by the system in accordance with client business rules, e.g. at random based on caseload. |

| Reporting |
All reports allow selection by service level, employer, coaching group and coach, so that program administrators can:

Measure coach assignment and caseload using client-specific status flags, such as Active, Closed, Did Not Respond, and Declined. |

Manage program scheduling and participation by reporting appointments To Be Scheduled, Scheduled, Completed, Cancelled, and Missed. |

Measure coach performance and productivity by reporting encounters and tasks completed. |
