| ConXus Portal provides registration, authentication, and eligibility file management services to control access to ConXus applications. |

| ConXus Portal is designed for clients that do not provide member authentication at their portal, or that wish to enroll participants who are not covered members. |

| Authenticated Access |
ConXus Portal the following services:

Self-registration to allow participants who are not yet registered to create an account, verified against the eligibility file. |

Secure logon for registered users. |

Online password management services to support registered users who have lost their passwords. |

| Multiple end clients can use the same client portal, provided branding, usage instructions, and any terms and conditions are common to all groups. |

| Eligibility File Management |
| The eligibility file load process supports CSV (comma delimited) or fixed length files. Eligibility files are transferred using a secure FTP server at intervals agreed between the client and PDHI. File load processes support incremental or full refresh files. |
