| Management Reports |
| Management reports track HRA participation and completion rates, biometric results, and readiness to change. Reports can be run by service level, employer group or subgroup, and date range. |

| Aggregate Reports |
Aggregate reports provide an analysis of health risks.

Reports profile the population for a selected service level and/or employer group or subgroup. |

Comparison reports show progress over time for the population (all participants in each time period) and the cohort (participants in both time periods only). |

| Batch printing functions support fulfillment of member and provider reports. |

Import utilities allow data from external sources to be loaded and merged with data collected online.

Biometric data can be batch loaded from file and matched to HRAs. The load process supports completion of the HRA before biometric data is loaded and load of the biometric data before the HRA is started. |

Scanned data from paper forms can be loaded into the ConXus database and merged with data collected through the online questionnaire, providing a single database for reporting. |

Batch export functions allow access to all questionnaire and assessment data for custom reporting and data sharing with partners.

Data exports can be requested online and run overnight, with data delivered to the Administrator Portal. |
