| Access to Participant Data |
| Coaches have immediate access to a longitudinal health record for each participant through tight integration with ConXus Health. ConXus Health may contain data entered by the participant, by the coach, or batch loaded from other sources, such as laboratory results and prescription refills. |

| Health coaches also gain access to ConXus Profile (health risk assessment) and ConXus Steps (wellness programs). Where participants are active online, coaches can review data entered by participants; for participants not online, coaches may enter data directly into each module. |
