| Integration Options |
| The ConXus Platform’s flexible integration and implementation options support a wide range of business models and technology infrastructures. |
 |
| Authenticated Access for Members and Non-Members |
| ConXus application modules can be integrated with one or more client web portals using the ConXus single sign-on interface to provide participant access through synchronized logon. |
 |
| Clients that do not provide authenticated registration and logon services at their portal, or clients that wish to enroll participants who are not covered members, can select ConXus Portal for authenticated registration, log on, and eligibility file management services.
|
 |
| Flexible Private Labeling |
| ConXus modules can be private-labeled with client logos, fonts, and colors. Independent branding is supported for each service level, together with optional sub-branding for each end client.
|
 |
| Service Levels |
| ConXus modules can be deployed in multiple configurations to match client service levels. The service level determines the functionality and data access available to a class of users. |
 |
| Localization |
| The ConXus Platform supports the localization of programs to meet employer specific requirements at group and sub-group levels. Localization components include:
|
| |
Program information |
| |
Branding |
| |
Incentive levels and fulfillment options |
| |
Deployment of challenges and events |
| |
Wellness cycles |
| |
Eligibility file management |
| |
Data analysis and reporting |
|
 |
| Batch and Real-Time Data Integration |
| ConXus applications integrate with existing healthcare applications using batch or real-time data import and export processes.
|
| |
Web services and batch import processes populate ConXus applications with data from third-party sources, e.g. prescription refills, laboratory results, and key events from claims data or EMR systems. |
| |
Client administrator personnel and systems have full access to all data within the ConXus Platform through Web service interfaces, online reports accessed from ConXus Administrator, and batch export options. |
|
 |
| Content Integration |
| Integration options allow client or third-party content to be integrated with the ConXus Platform and within specific application modules, e.g. the health risk assessment report. |
