Des Moines, Iowa -- January 23, 2006: PDHI announced today that HealthPlus of Michigan has deployed ConXus Profile and ConXus Health as part of their MyHealthQuest Online Wellness Center.
Designed to assist HealthPlus members become active participants in enhancing a healthy lifestyle, MyHealthQuest includes a health risk assessment (ConXus Profile), personal health record (ConXus Health) and health and wellness information from Staywell Solutions. The results of the health risk assessment are used to push targeted health information based on individual health risk factors to the member’s home page, reinforcing healthy lifestyle decisions.
To maximize process efficiency and project control, HealthPlus administrators have access to the ConXus Administrator Portal, providing extensive process management tools and aggregate data reporting options.

MyHealthQuest meets the recent National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Member Connections Standards, part of the new Quality Plus program. HealthPlus is one of 39 health plans selected for early participation in this program, designed to encourage health plans to adopt innovative practices that help connect members with important information about their health.
