ConXus®Messenger is a configurable messaging system that triggers messages to participants based on events that take place within ConXus modules, e.g. completion of a health risk assessment, upload of data into the personal health record, a reminder to complete a program task.
PDHI has defined standard reminders for each module. The client has the option to create additional messages and is responsible for defining the events, business rules, and message text for push message based on PDHI guidelines.
Push messages are generated by a batch process every night. The client has two message delivery options:
1.
Delivery to Client Portal: The ConXus system generates the push messages and delivers the resulting information to the client for display to the participant within the client portal message center.
2.
Delivery to PDHI Message Center: The ConXus system generates the push message and delivers the resulting information to the secure ConXus Message Center. The Message Center provides the participant with the option to sign up for email notification when a message is delivered to the Message Center.
