ConXus® Rewards provides tracking and management of incentive point awards and redemptions for wellness program participants.
Tracking and Reporting: Points earned for completing activities within ConXus application modules can be configured for each end client, together with a maximum budget per participant.

Points are awarded automatically on completion of the activity and are totaled within the Rewards Center.

Points earned for other wellness program activities, not managed within the ConXus Platform, as well as point redemptions not delivered through Hallmark Insights, can be loaded into ConXus Rewards to provide a central point bank.

Reports are available listing incentive points earned, redeemed, and outstanding for a selected date range.
Integrated Fulfillment Option: A fully integrated reward fulfillment service is offered in partnership with Hallmark Insights. Fulfillment services can be offered by employer group, supporting flexible service delivery.

Points earned are transferred to Hallmark Insights in real time. Participants may redeem points online at any time up to the available balance, in units of $5 with a $10 minimum. Hallmark offers gift cards for a portfolio of over 350 national and regional merchants.

In invoice is posted to the end-client portal each week for all redemptions made in the previous 7 days. The employer is notified by email. The employer makes payment by ACH debit, check, or Federal Wire transfer and gift certificates are issued to participants.
