ConXus® Steps delivers online wellness to promote behavior change and healthy lifestyle choices. ConXus Steps is available in self-directed mode for personal health improvement, or with ConXus Direct to support a coach-directed model.
All wellness programs can be configured to match client service levels and business rules including the duration of the program, action steps to be included, and incentive points available.
ConXus Steps has received Health Information Products (HIP 2) Certification from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).
Participant Functions
Participants engaged in wellness programs may:
Enroll in a health action plan, participate in a wellness challenge, or record attendance at a wellness event.
Receive reminders for completing activities based on due dates.
Complete and record activities, tracking progress with online charts.
Earn incentive points for completing each activity.
Three types of wellness programs are supported:

Health Action Plans -- Personal lifestyle behavior change programs that may be assigned by participant self-selection, by the health coach, or automatically based on health risk assessment results. Currently available:

Each health action plan may include:

Challenges -- Health trackers that can be delivered at specific times company-wide or to selected communities. Currently available:
Exercise and activity
Weight loss
Five-a-day fruit and veggies

Events -- Employer-defined health events or activities that may occur throughout the year, e.g., wellness seminar, annual flu shot. Employers can update the list of available activities and related incentives using a secure employer portal.
Health Coach Functions
Using ConXus Direct, health coaches may oversee and direct action plans by:
Assigning action plans to participants.
Reviewing participant progress and results.
Completing health-coach steps to record encounters with participants.
Administrator Functions
Client administrators, and optionally end-client administrators, are provided with online tools for managing projects and reporting data.
Challenges and events can be deployed for each end client, to tie in with worksite or community programs. Deployment options include enrollment open and close dates, event date, duration, and incentive points available.
Process management reports combine usage and completion information to track progress and drive incentive programs.
