Fees are based on eligible members — plan members supplied via client eligibility data. Fees are billed per member per year (PPMY) and may be aggregated across employer groups. Not all groups need to deploy all modules.
A monthly minimum of $2,667 ($32,000 annually) applies to platform fees. This minimum is not charged in addition to population-based fees — if calculated fees exceed the minimum, only the higher amount is billed. The minimum is automatically reflected in the price estimate below.
