Empowering Better Health Through Technology

For over 25 years, PDHI has delivered trusted, secure digital health solutions that drive engagement, personalize health and improve outcomes across diverse populations. Our mission is to make population health simpler and smarter—helping clients deliver measurable impact through data, automation, and integration.

Our Mission— Make Population
Health Simpler and Smarter

Our Story

Founded in 1997, PDHI began as a pioneer in digital health assessments and has grown into a full-service platform supporting more than 650 active programs and over 22 million lives. With decades of proven success, we’ve become a trusted partner to health plans, TPAs, wellness providers, and employer groups across the country.

Our evolution reflects the ever-changing needs of the healthcare industry—keeping pace with technology while staying true to our focus: helping organizations assess risk, engage members, and reward healthy behavior.

Our Vision

We’ve seen how complex health and wellness programs can become. Fragmented systems, manual workflows, and limited personalization get in the way of meaningful results.

We believe better data leads to better health decisions. PDHI’s vision is to help our clients deliver improved member experiences and outcomes through deeper data insights, expanded personalization, and greater interoperability across the care ecosystem. We will continue to invest in smarter tools, scalable integrations, and personalized experiences that put the power of digital health in every user’s hands—wherever they are on their journey.

More Than a Platform— A Complete, Configurable Solution

At the core of PDHI’s offering is a highly secure, modular platform—built to serve the highest needs for compliance and expanding needs of wellness programs.

Our Leadership

PDHI’s leadership team brings decades of healthcare and technology expertise— from healthcare technology to regulatory compliance to wellness program design and delivery— driving innovation and client success with a foundation of trust, responsiveness, and professionalism.
