This privacy policy addresses how we collect, store, and use personally identifiable information (PII) and other information that may be obtained from you when visiting our website, www.pdhi.com (the “Site”), or interacting with us by other means of communication.

This policy  complies with applicable U.S. federal and state laws, including the California Consumer  Privacy  Act (CCPA) as amended by the California  Privacy  Rights Act (CPRA), and takes into account international standards such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users who may be subject to those regulations.

This policy also provides you details on our privacy practices, our legal duties, and your rights concerning your personal information. We must follow the privacy practices that are described in this policy while it is in effect. Any PII collected at our Site will not be disclosed without your expressed permission except as required or authorized by law, or as described in this Privacy Policy.

  1. Why We Collect PII and Other Information
    1. We use this information to help us deliver more relevant PDHI marketing messages on the Site and on non-PDHI websites or via email or text messages, as well as for performance measurements and other business analytics purposes.
    2. This information is used to modify the content you see, manage the frequency with which you see an advertisement, tailor advertisements to better match your interests, and understand the effectiveness of our advertising.
    3. We use this information to manage and protect the Site, our network, and users from fraudulent, abusive, and unlawful uses.

  2. What PII and Other Information Do We Collect
    1. When you use the Site, information is collected about your device and your visit including browsing and searching activity as you interact with the Site; about your IP address; about the web addresses of the sites you come from and go to next; and about your connection, including your device’s browser, operating system, platform type, and internet connection speed.

    2. We obtain contact information and other marketing lead information from third parties and social media platforms, which we may combine with information we have to contact you or direct PDHI’s marketing offers to you.
    3. PDHI uses Google Adwords and other similar sources to deliver marketing messages online. Third-party vendors, including Google, display PDHI marketing messages on sites across the internet.
    4. Cookies and other similar technologies will be used to collect data in order to track user behavior and preferences (see our Cookies Policy for details).

  4. Sharing PII
    We will never release, sell, rent, or otherwise provide the PII of any user to any third party other than those identified in this section unless: (1) you expressly tell or permit us to disclose such information or (2) we believe in good faith that we must do so to comply with a legal requirement found in a law or regulation, or when served with a search warrant, subpoena, or court order.

    You have the right to determine how Google and other third-party vendors collect and use information about you.     This Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect any PII from children under 13 years of age through this Site.   7. EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework Participation
    1. We comply with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union to the United States. We have certified to the Department of Commerce that we adhere to the DPF Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the DPF Principles, the DPF Principles shall govern.     2. Individuals in the EU have the right to access their personal data, to correct, amend, or delete that data where it is inaccurate, or has been processed in violation of the DPF Principles.     3. We comply with the DPF Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU, including the onward transfer liability provisions.
    4. In compliance with the DPF Principles, we commit to resolving complaints about our collection or use of your personal information. EU individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our DPF policy should first contact us at the contact information in Section 8 below.
    5. We have further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under the DPF Principles to an independent dispute resolution mechanism, the International Centre for Dispute Resolution-American Arbitration Association Data Privacy Framework independent recourse mechanism (ICDR-AAA DPF IRM SERVICE).     The use of the internet is solely at your own risk and is subject to all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. We take measures to protect the security of your PII and to ensure that your choices for its intended use are honored. However, we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of any communication or material transmitted to us over the internet. We are not responsible for the security of any information transmitted via the internet.

    Actual or attempted unauthorized use of the Site may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. For your protection, PDHI reserves the right to view, monitor, and record activity on the Site without notice or permission from you. Any information obtained by monitoring, reviewing, or recording is subject to review by law enforcement organizations in connection with investigation or prosecution of possible criminal activity on the Site.

  13. Notification of Changes
    Should this policy be changed, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. We reserve the right to make changes to update the Privacy Policy at any time, and such changes will be applicable to all previously collected PII.
