Regulatory & Evidence-Based Updates

v4.5 includes updates to the questionnaire and risk scoring to reflect the latest evidence-based guidelines and meet current regulatory requirements. These changes help ensure your program stays current and compliant without any action required on your end.

Enhanced Program Configuration

Clients now have greater control over how the Health Assessment is configured for their population. New options allow you to exclude question sets for sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI) and digital health literacy — making it easier to tailor the experience to your organization's needs and culture.

Improved Member Navigation

Member report charts now include hot links that take members directly to detailed results and recommendations. This small but meaningful change reduces clicks and helps members get to the information most relevant to them, faster.

New Recommendations Page

For programs that have deployed Action Plans or the Healthwise content library, an optional new Recommendations page surfaces personalized next steps based on each member's individual risk factors. This creates a more connected experience between the Health Assessment and the broader program — helping members move from awareness to action.
