Product Update: Refreshed Experience for Action Plans

September 16, 2025

We're excited to share that we're rolling out a refreshed Action Plans experience. The update brings a cleaner, more intuitive interface that makes it easier for members to navigate their plans, track progress, and stay motivated — without changing any of the core features and content they already rely on.

What's new

The updated experience centers on a redesigned dashboard that gives members a clear overview of all available plans and their current status in one place. Navigation is simpler, and the layout feels more modern and approachable.

As members work through their plan, a left-hand checklist keeps them oriented — showing completed steps, points available, points earned, and what's coming up next. A progress bar reinforces momentum by making it easy to see how far they've come and how close they are to finishing.

Together, these updates are designed to reduce friction, boost engagement, and give members a clearer sense of accomplishment as they build healthier habits.

What's not changing

Everything that makes Action Plans effective stays intact:

  • Weekly, goal-oriented lessons — Bite-size actions unlock each week, helping members build habits gradually rather than feeling overwhelmed
  • Personalization throughout — Content adapts to each member's unique health risks, goals, barriers, and readiness to change, so the experience always feels relevant
  • Printable Takeaways — One-page guides members can save, print, or share to reinforce what they've learned
  • Mobile-friendly & accessible — Built to WCAG 2.1 AA standards, so the experience works for all members across all devices

Members who are already in the middle of an Action Plan will pick up right where they left off — same content, same progress, just a fresher interface. We think they'll notice the difference right away.
