Elevation Corporate Health is an award-winning onsite fitness and wellness-management company. 

Since 1994, Elevation has been an active changemaker in the progression of the corporate health and wellness industry. By pairing customized services with technology offerings, Elevation offers a full suite of programming, coaching, and fitness-center membership services.

Challenge

Elevation Corporate Health planned to expand services to include wellness programs to complement its onsite fitness centers. The solution needed to support custom programs and integrate with Elevation’s internal technology. 

When COVID-19 restricted use of the fitness centers, Elevation looked to quickly implement these new wellness services as an alternative for employees to continue to manage their health.

Solution

Elevation Corporate Health recognized PDHI’s ability to white-label and easily configure a unique program for each of its clients. 

“We were impressed with PDHI’s wide range of applications and with the flexibility to tailor them to our clients’ needs,” said Micaela Robinson, senior regional director of business innovation at Elevation Corporate Health. “Content is kept fresh, and the portal has the modern style we were looking for.” 

Within two weeks, PDHI had implemented a custom wellness platform with health assessments, biometric screenings, health coaching, incentives, wellness challenges, health action plans, and events. To help migrate clients and provide meaningful reports, PDHI retained employee historical biometric data. 

The user experience is personalized with recommendations for health improvement and localized based on the nearest fitness center location. Employees can easily access their fitness center account through single sign-on from their wellness portal.

Results

Elevation Corporate Health’s client reached an 83% engagement rate in their 2020 wellness program and first year using PDHI. 

Participation in Elevation’s fitness classes continues to rise by incentivizing employees and promoting classes in the portal. Access to online live and recorded classes has been streamlined by connecting Elevation’s BOOST platform to PDHI’s wellness portal. Throughout the program year, employees receive points for attendance redeemable for gift cards.

With hundreds of employees already enrolled in coaching, Elevation plans to grow their health coaching business using PDHI’s fully integrated health coaching system. Connecting coaches and employees in real time has enhanced the quality of their coaching services and optimized productivity.
