PDHI’s white-labeled platform allows the plan to deliver tailored health assessments and support services to its members by line of business. This leading data gathered from the assessment is exported to their BI tools and analytics.
From the same platform, the health system customizes their wellness programs using the ConXus Action Plans, Challenges, and Events with health coaching. Incentives with gift card redemption are used to drive program engagement, with management reports delivered to their team daily.
