Overview
ConXus Profile v4.3 extends the questions in the General section to collect data items required to meet health equity accreditation standards. Responses to these questions are included in the Provider Report and data files.
Health Equity Questions
Questions have been added to the General section to cover topics related to health equity for:
- Race/ethnicity
- Language
- Gender identity
- Sexual orientation
The questions and response options follow CDC recommendations and comply with National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) Health Equity Accreditation standards.
Responses to these questions have been added to the report header in the Provider Report and to the data export and API data files.
