PDHI Partners with CoreMedica Laboratories, Inc to Offer At-Home Collection for Biometric Screenings
Extending testing methods supported by ConXus Biometrics to provide more options for wellness screenings and gaps in care closure programs.
BASKING RIDGE, N.J., September 26, 2022 – PDHI, a leading software provider supporting health plan, point of care, and corporate wellness health initiatives, has partnered with CoreMedica to offer at-home collection kits as an additional option for client biometric screening programs.
Scalable and flexible, ConXus Biometrics streamlines the management of screening options clients may offer to each population or group, including screenings completed on-site at health fairs, at home, at central labs, in the physician’s office, or at a pharmacy.

For clients, ConXus manages screening locations, services, scheduling, and the collection and reporting of results. The white-label participant center, which can be delivered as a standalone solution or integrated with the client member or benefits portal, allows participants to select the test type, location and appointment, or delivery address based on available options. Once results are processed, participants receive email or text notification and may log on to access results.
ConXus consolidates results from multiple vendors and venues, providing extensive reporting and data export options. For clients using the ConXus Health Assessment, screening results can automatically populate the assessment.
In addition to wellness screenings, ConXus Biometrics supports a range of laboratory and point-of-care tests and vaccinations, including COVID testing, flu shots, and COVID vaccinations.
